Hello all, this year during the summer time I worked for Sharper Image. My time with them was less than a month long, and I do not recommend this company whatsoever!!! I was hired as a pool maintenance tech. With Sharper Image, I never got the opportunity to learn pool maintenance. Very poor communication. Very unsatisfied with the way my pool turned out and I've complained so many times that it's not even worth my breath anymore. I just have to live with a waterfall that doesn't work and looks like something that should be in a kiddie pool it's so small. Not to mention the pavers that everyone tells me are done horrendously.
The communication with the company is the worst I have ever seen. We are going on 16 weeks and our remodel is not complete. I am terrified we are turning into an Olympus pools fiasco. They have actually only worked a total of 10 days on the pool and that's been if we are lucky one day a week. I cannot even believe a company works this way.
