Outstanding dining experiences at Shasta Estates, thanks to Sara Parker, the lead server. From the moment you sit down, she goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect. It's a truly wonderful place. Food is amazing, and they even have a hairstylist. If your looking for a great haircut. There's activities the residents do through out the day like choir, cardio, puzzles, even a book club. It's a really awesome place to be.
5 stars for your employee, Heather, who has been nothing short of kind, caring, attentive, and helpful while communicating with me and my (sick) senior father’s ex-wife, and checking in on him periodically, providing him with a new emergency pendant, and giving us external resources should he need further assistance. This place is amazing! They treat their residents like family. Their food is great and so is their service. I can't recommend it enough. Five stars all day long!
