DrFry is a very down to earth Dr with alot of knowledge in people and medicine. Always got a reply back and refills are prompt. Would highly rreccommend Dr S.Fry as a physician.
Dr.Fry is a very kind and caring doctor.
I started seeing her around 2017-2018. She was very down to earth and friendly AT FIRST. It didn’t take very many visits and I started to feel like I was just another number to her. Not a patient anymore. Many problems have happened with my last visits. It took 4 months to get a sleep study set up. Her staff might be the issue with this. But there has been so many problems with coding correctly for insurance to approve and bill. Prescriptions take forever for approval now with her. I liked her at first. Came in one day for a consult and she made some very rude remarks. Since that day I’ve had problems getting her to refill my prescription. Everytime she does she puts no refill. It’s caused problem with my pharmacy and insurance. Everytime I call I get the run around. It’s just birth control so I’m having a hard time seeing why it’s an issue. My pharmacy has tried to contact her about the issue and she ignores all attempts. Very displeased with her recent attitude.
