Dr Taghechian had great bedside manner and her friendliness put me at ease. She isn’t my “normal” urologist but I was so impressed with the care I received that I am moving to be under her care moving forward. There are not enough words to praise Dr. T and all of her supporting staff at GU. I have been going to her for ongoing treatment since July 2022 and she is the consummate professional that I hold in the highest regard while also being like a close family member I can trust with anything. Our experience with Dr. Shaya Taghechian was completely unacceptable. We chose her because of the glowing five-star reviews, but after our visit, I seriously question the authenticity of those reviews. Her behavior toward my fiancé, a new client, was dismissive and unprofessional. She bluntly told him that at his young age, if his issue hasn’t been fixed yet, it probably never will be—an incredibly discouraging and unhelpful remark.
