This is my first day at SCTC and the staff is very welcoming, it made my first day not feel so overwhelming. Chauncea, and Kristan we're especially helpful in assisting me with all my needs. They definitely need a raise I can't say enough good things about my experience this far. Thankful for the people that are put in my path to better align me with fulfilling my purpose here in my recovery journey.
Since the new management took over, this is beyond the worst place I've been! The nurses and doctors really care about toy. It's the office people that could care less about you. I gave them my insurance because they said they excepted it. They never filed my insurance so a year after I started going they tell me I owe them $3000. I asked them once again if they filed my insurance and never received an answer. So went to another clinic which cost me $30 a month. That clinic wasn't what I was looking for with support. Everyone is so professional. They are kind and have been here for me through thick and thin. I would recommend everyone coming here.
Today was my first visit, the staff was very caring and respectful. They honestly care about you and your recovery here. I will continue being a patient here. I highly recommend Shelby Comprehensive Treatment Care if you are battling addiction. Thank you all so much for everything!
The staff here does not care whatsoever about you. They close at 7am on Saturdays and I got there at 703 and they wouldn't open the door and dose me. This clinic used to be a good clinic, but now with all the new staff it's absolutely horrible. The people here don't care about people in recovery.
