The staff here does not care whatsoever about you. They close at 7am on Saturdays and I got there at 703 and they wouldn't open the door and dose me. This clinic used to be a good clinic, but now with all the new staff it's absolutely horrible. The people here don't care about people in recovery.
Today was my first visit, the staff was very caring and respectful. They honestly care about you and your recovery here. I will continue being a patient here. I highly recommend Shelby Comprehensive Treatment Care if you are battling addiction. Thank you all so much for everything!
They are great in general! Too much to say on here but I highly recommend coming here for your treatment! Great customer service very professional and knowledgeable kind and not judgemental. I can't say how good these people whom work here are. Especially the nurses. They make it such a very stress free non-judgmental environment which is obviously very important when your seeking help for addiction. Wonderful and helpful people. Highly recommend. Very blessed to have found this place.
The team at Shelby CTC are incredible - all staff truly care about patients on a personal level and treat you like family. Grateful for this amazing clinic and team!
