This apartment exceeded my expectations. It had a great vibe—modern touches, lots of light, and quality appliances. The building was quiet and well taken care of, and the neighbors were respectful. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Leasing this place made my life so much easier.

From the time I sent in an application to now, Jessica has been super helpful and timely getting back to me. She made the move in and application process real easy. I'm glad I was able to find these apartments because they're in a convenient location with sloans lake, belmar and downtown not too far away.

Do not rent here. Do not consider renting here. This place is hell. Literally. They say there is security and there isn’t. I have shown pictures where the security is supposed to be. Homelessness is an everyday occurrence. Nothing is done about it. Security isn’t patrolling the building. Homeless people have lit trash on fire last year and the fire department came to put it out. Something needs to be done the apartments are really run down, we can't even use the stairs with our kids or walk outside because there is needles every where no one seems to care about cleaning or maintaining, the office is usually closed and no one answers the phone , 2 bodies have been found for overdose and they got a guard that only watches so no one can go into the leasing office but the problem is that the drug dealers live there and they don't do anything. Shadow, Please reach out to our office to speak about your review. We make sure that the building is kept clean, and there are no needles around either. If you do see this , please call us immediately to get it taken care of. We do property walks often and have seen that is well maintained. We have security at Sheridan Station in hopes of catching those who aren't allowed on site, the homeless etc, it is not to keep anyone from the office.
