It was eye opening. After talk to the NP, Doctor and the Pharmacist it all made sense. Being light headed, dizzy and some days even being nauseous. It all came down to a few steps. Now with just cutting back and even stopping some of the meds I was on has helped a lot. I'm still having to adjust my lifestyle but it all seems to be working out just fine. I'm looking forward to returning in March to see how much things have changed.
Sharon and I had a good visit with Sherri. She emphasized the importance of working on hygiene to us.
