My father and I walked in on New Years eve. The front desk woman let us in, but didn't seem to acknowledge my father and I as she was on her phone. Was going to ask for a business card, but I don't believe she heard me. Seemed like a lot was going on in the lobby, so my father will try and come back next week to tour facility when it doesn't appear too chaotic. If the management was nice . They rather bark and micro manage cnas while the nurses do what they want very clicky upper management.. they rather hound you like u don’t do your job before they ask if u need help or if everything alright.. we are humans not bots !! Learn how to be civil before you start barking at people like they are scum on ya shoe!! Nurses won’t even answer a light that rings right next to their cart !! Disgusting behavior

Summary - this place is a legitimate health hazard. Please do a tour before thinking of moving a loved one here. The facility is very badly operated and it just keeps changing its name to avoid bad reviews. The other reviews are unfortunately right. However, I will add that the staff acts the way they do due to management not supporting them. if I could give less than one star I would. Facilities, old, nasty roach, infested, big water bugs no hot water for residence to have showers. Food looks like slop staff does not care about patients only there to get a check administration only shows up when something is wrong, or to defend the foolishness of the staff. Sherwood was a very caring and passionate facility and the therapy team did a great job during my stay.
