Sherwood Urgent Care is my place to go when I need to go.They care about there patients.The nurses and doctor are respectful and has the best Quality of care.Every time I've been there they have treated me with respect and I would recommend this place to anyone who is needing care.Thank you Sherwood for everything you do for this Community! I rate Sherwood as a 10 being the Best in the community.
Have had both good and bad experiences here at Sherwood Urgent Care in Batesville. It depends on the staff working at the time. I am appreciative of their extended hours.
Great place to get what you need when you are sick and don't have time to make an appointment.
: The moment you walk thru the door you are greeted. My wait time was just long enough to set down then was called back. The check in nurses were great as usual felt they cared I was in pain. Eric is the Dr I seen he is very good asks questions and addresses any other concerns you may have. Lorene Cahall
Good, nice clean facility. Would tell anybody that don't want to go to the hospital go to Sherwood Urgent Care.
I took my kid here cause he was sick and his reg doc was closed for a few days they refused to see him cause he didn't have a referral like I understand there are policies but if the kids doc is closed they should still be able to see them and get the referral later instead they told me to take him to the er I'm not going to go to the er and sit there for hours it's not an emergency do better I will never go back here again
Do not waste your time if you really need a doctor. They do not triage patients correctly. I sat for an hour watching people who signed up online getting serviced before myself, as they arrived after me but signed online first. I was onward of a stroke with extreme blood pressure. The so called nurse was very rude when I asked why I couldn't see a doctor. I walked out and went to the ER. They refused me care because they didn't know my doctor. I am a college student going to school In Batesville. I'm 4 hours from home and my doctors office had just closed. The nurse had given me the office's fax number and assured me that if they would fax them then my doctor would send a referral 1st thing in the morning. They still refused to treat me. I ended up in the ER.
