Excellent customer service. The staff was very helpful from the first time I called.They explained things to me throughly. They answered all my question and lent a helping hand while I was looking for a place to move into.
The new maintenance man Kelly here at anchor point apartment is great I was having a problem with my water in my tub not turning off also just running straight hot water he came right in and got it fixed for me no problem very professional guy and very polite.
Shiprock management (operates Woodhaven East in St Cloud) towed dozens of vehicles without courtesy of notifying tenants to move their vehicles (12/3/25). Simply had several towing trucks from Andy towing to tow tenants' vehicles. Shiprock management, don't you think it will be fair to post a notice to tenants if you will plough the parking the following day? I rent from Shiprock and I can sincerely say this is one of the worst places ive ever lived. Management DOES NOT care about anything. I have reported the lower unit for domestic abuse that resulted in them physically fighting in a shared space, drug use, etc at least twice and I was completely ignored both times. If you have kids or like peaceful nights at home, i dont recommend.
Worst place to live in all of my 32 years of renting experience! Management will just ignore you! Nobody will respond to any requests or questions, they have an office onsite but will not answer the door unless you make and appointment, but when you call to make an appointment nobody calls you back...ever!
