Overall pretty underwhelmed. I've used them through various sports leagues in the past, and the whole process feels a bit dated and often rushed (the whole clipboard, filling out info via pen/pencil, rapid rush through of players, etc.). Although the staff is usually pretty nice, not much care nor effort went into ensuring top notch pictures were taken. We had a great experience with Shooting Stars, Novato Lacrosse had not had photos done in many years, and Shooting Stars made the process super easy, and made accommodations to help us figure out what we were doing! We will definitely use them again next season!
As a volunteer of Los Altos & Los Altos Hills Little League, I worked with Shooting Stars Productions for over a decade. They are the photo vendor we used for team and individual photos. Nicole K. and the team at Shooting Stars are terrific. They are very responsive, responsible and customer service oriented. I highly recommend!
Such a great company! They were extremely efficient with such a large group. The employees were all very friendly and took time to chat as they worked. They even got my teen to smile! The pictures turned out amazing!
I am the treasurer of a local little league and working with Nicole and her Shooting Stars team has been a true pleasure. The amount of coordination required to line everything up for picture day is a lot. Nicole has a strong focus on communication to make sure things go as planned.
