I would like to say that I had a very good experience at Shorewood Hospital everybody was very kind considerate very helpful the staff was wonderful the chefs were excellent they would make me a sandwich if I couldn't eat what they had for dinner since I was dealing with medical issues and I like to say thank you to all of you and especially to Kevin Joyce who went way out of his way to help me when I was time for me to leave my phone was misplaced and he helped me get a new one he took me to Walmart and then he checked up o... read more

this place was just horrible. I received little to no treatment, BHA's disrespected me when I was having a meltdown (note, I am on the autism spectrum) because my mom wasn't able to visit and took me to the seclusion room because I apparently was a "threat" when I needed help desiccating and finding something calming to do before bed. there was not one but two teens that were physical with me, I was SA'ed in the elevator on my first day and told the BHA and she said "it probably was him" which is not only invalidating but cr... read more
