I had an excellent experience at Shoshone Medical Center. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted promptly and made to feel welcome. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and I was impressed by how organized the staff was throughout my visit. I love my doctor at Shoshone Medical Center ( Dr. K. Kuipers). She is kind, caring, and genuinely listens to me. The clinic in Smelterville is always clean, neat, and tidy. The staff is welcoming and very friendly. I rate my medical care as excellent!

I have always had a very positive experience when I have gone into the hospital for any reason. The people are very professional and positive and everything is very clean. I realize this is a small community that this Hospital serves but they are very prompt and that keeps you from having to wait to get tests done and so forth. I've been there at least half a dozen times in the last 2 years.

I went in thru the er, due to pneumonia. I was very sick, but every person that took care of me went above and beyond the normal care. The nurses were so kind and answered my questions. They knew I was scared but yet the did everything they could to give me peace. The assistant’s were so helpful and quick when I needed help. Thank you to all of the staff for great care.

I had to go in for an ultrasound and it was performed by the sweetest lady named Gloria Palmer. She explained everything to me, answered all my questions and was very professional. I was impressed how good she is at what she does if there is an award to be given out she deserves two. Somebody needs to let her know that she is appreciated!
