I was impressed with the service from desk staff. They even helped me to navigate the (app) for entering the building. Even the room locks were impressive. The actual padlock was very stylish with a retro look to it. The entire experience was Star Trek like. All clean, super high-tech and secure.
Outstanding service from Carol for going above and beyond literally 5 minutes before closing on a Friday to help me rent an extra storage space to unpack and find an outfit for an important event the next day which I couldn't find the night before . She made the impossible happen with patience , kindness and professionalism !
