Booked the unit on a Saturday morning and received the emails and invoice immediately, got into the unit and the padlock was in a goody bag inside. Clean and tidy theoughout, well signed and a map provided in the email. Pleasant phone call about T&C's and ability to up and downsize. Good opening hours and automated entry/exit. Would recommend 5*
Really easy sign up online, with a great introductory offer. Everything is done via the Shurguard app from managing your account to accessing the site. Really well thought out process and the staff have been really helpful when I've had any questions. Definitely recommend them.
I always receive excellent customer service. The team is friendly, professional, and always happy to help with any questions or concerns. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of, making every experience a positive one. I highly recommend them and truly appreciate their outstanding service! Many thanks Fraser
Very easy to book online - all the information was clear and on move in day it was very smooth - the security instructions were easy to follow and very easy to access the lock up. Carol from Shurgard had just given me a call to check everything went Ok which is much appreciated customer service - 5 stars all round and I would recommend
