Very good customer service. Special thanks to Maikls, who was very helpful and explained everything to me as this is the first time I rent a storage unit. The process was very smooth and efficient. I really recommend this place if you’re in need of storage. Easy access and fast!!
It was ABSOLUTELY THE WORST customer service EXPERIENCE I've ever had. They don't deserve even 1 star. Great location and service from Maikls! I had a really great experience here today. Maikls was super friendly, professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Maikls took the time to show me around properly, explained everything clearly, and made the whole contract and renting process feel really easy and smooth. Great customer experience! The storage itself is super clean and well maintained. Highs recommended!
Agreeable service from the local team, but abhorrent service from the Headoffice team. In the terms there is a clause stating price increases are possible. However, a 15% price increase can not be substantiated with any indices or other market data. No room for discussion and only standard-processing chase emails without the optional to excel at customer service. Shame!
Great staff ! Super easy process. Maikls was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Clean and secure building.
