Surprisingly affordable for such a convenient location; clean, modern, everything you expect, with one big bonus: outstanding customer service. After setting everything up online, I went to the location for the first time. Tamas and Badr got me set up and gave me some great advice about using the app. They saved me so much time and made it such a smoother experience than expected. I’ve never picked a storage unit based on service before, but for these guys, I just might.

The onboarding service was good. But after a week, our storage unit was terminated out of the blue and we couldn’t access our unit anymore. We came on Sunday, the staff said he had to check with the manager on Monday so we couldn’t get our stuff on that day. This creates a lot of inconvenience for us. EDIT: We received an email on Monday saying it was a mistake from their side and the code works again. However, it still didn’t work! Great service, clean and safe storage units and incredibly friendly staff. My second time working with shurgarf units and i’d say i never had a problem!
Mr. SEBASTIAO's service was excellent. He answered our questions enthusiastically and patiently, and we were very happy to rent a warehouse.
