I think I need to share my awful Shurgard Sloterdijk experience. A few months back I was informed by e-mail that I need to move to a different storage unit within their complex. I contacted them by telephone to ask how this should be arranged. I was told by the agent that I need to go to the office on Transformatorweg and they will sort it out. Reserved a unit on Sunday morning online. Was able to move my stuff the same day. Everything worked fine and was clean. Was called on Monday by Thomas to check if everything was ok. So far very happy with the experience.
