I think I need to share my awful Shurgard Sloterdijk experience. A few months back I was informed by e-mail that I need to move to a different storage unit within their complex. I contacted them by telephone to ask how this should be arranged. I was told by the agent that I need to go to the office on Transformatorweg and they will sort it out. As always - everything was perfect. Quick checking and setting up the contract also a lovely chat with the staff there. Unit is nice, clean and easy to access. Also thanks to Thomas!!
Reserved a unit on Sunday morning online. Was able to move my stuff the same day. Everything worked fine and was clean. Was called on Monday by Thomas to check if everything was ok. So far very happy with the experience.

Surprisingly affordable for such a convenient location; clean, modern, everything you expect, with one big bonus: outstanding customer service. After setting everything up online, I went to the location for the first time. Tamas and Badr got me set up and gave me some great advice about using the app. They saved me so much time and made it such a smoother experience than expected. I’ve never picked a storage unit based on service before, but for these guys, I just might.
