The onboarding service was good. But after a week, our storage unit was terminated out of the blue and we couldn’t access our unit anymore. We came on Sunday, the staff said he had to check with the manager on Monday so we couldn’t get our stuff on that day. This creates a lot of inconvenience for us. EDIT: We received an email on Monday saying it was a mistake from their side and the code works again. However, it still didn’t work! Mr. SEBASTIAO's service was excellent. He answered our questions enthusiastically and patiently, and we were very happy to rent a warehouse.
I’ve been here today (13th march 2025) and I was received by 2 lovely young ladies, Suzanne and Cynthia, they cleared up all my doubts and I was fully satisfied with their assistance, professionalism and kindness are not lacking here!
Great service, clean and safe storage units and incredibly friendly staff. My second time working with shurgarf units and i’d say i never had a problem!
