We had an amazing experience thanks to Sevil! We couldn’t access our storage unit after hours while trying to finish packing, and honestly thought we were stuck for the night. But Sevil went out of her way to come to the site after closing time to help us out. Fantastic place to store my goods. I've been using this company for years all over Europe. The staff is always happy to help.
People there were very nice and helpful. Also very patient, as we were communicating on a different date and the guy had to do our contract all over again. He didn't complain and stood all friendly with every question we had. Also we watched someone cancelling the contract. It went without any problems and also very friendly. So far I can recommend this place as a storage.
The service at this Shurgard is outstanding. The ladies here are so attentive and kind. It’s very clean and safe. Thank you for the great care. They should win the best shurgard of The Netherlands award.
