Very bad experience with this company. The price we initially agreed on was increased after just six months of rent, and they were unable to provide any clear or fixed final price. Instead, it seems they can raise it whenever they want, which feels very shady and completely lacks transparency. As a customer, you never really know how much you are going to end up paying, which is unacceptable. Quick and friendly service from Hesal. From start to finish the entire process from signing the contract to putting my belongings in the storage unit took only 15 minutes. I don't speak any Dutch but Hesal explained the entire process very thoroughly in English. I highly recommend this facility and employee for all your storage needs!

Not really sure about the gard part or safety, I got a storage unit only to find out all the doors are left open on weekends and I walked past all the coded doors because someone left them open several times, you can also just jimmy the roller door open with the lock still on it, not the greatest service but super high prices for what I don’t know. 🤷♂️
