I never got to know any other storage, I only had an experience with this one and was really impressed to see how it works. You can enter there at any time. You only need a code to access your room and your key. They have a special cart to carry everything but this cart could be better. It's a little bit difficult to manage.
15 euro's insurance per month for a meager insured maximum amount of 2500 euro's is extravagant. It also feels wrong that you offer a 'fitting' insurance which is mandatory. What struck me completely wrong was that your manager did not even make mention of this insurance, we had to find out ourselves when we were handed a bunch of documents. You have lost us as clients with this behavior.
