I was a customer at this storage facility for many years and can highly recommend it because of the flexibility with the different sized units available, good access and fantastic staff. The storage will be able to meet most peoples needs, fairly easily. Easily accessible spaces that were always well maintained. Though we were initially disappointed with the way our checkout was handled (we were told to give 15 days notice to vacate & gave notice the day our house move was confirmed but had to pay the entire next invoice as it had already been generated - so not 15 days notice, in our case it is 41 days). This small print is something to take note of when you sign the contract. Shurgard have since reached out to us and been incredibly reasonable in handling our complaint.
The two young ladies, Sarah and Poppy were very professional, friendly and went above and beyond, letting me know about other products. It is such a wonderful experience every time. They make you feel welcome and satisfied with the service. I also admire their uniform.
I researched the whole of the area around Canterbury and Ashford and this is by far the cheapest storage in a 30 mile radius for the first 2 months as it's half price. The staff have been there a long time, so you know it is a good company when staff are not only friendly, but are consistent. What's the greatest thing about lok'nstore is you never feel "watched over" I feel I have complete privacy, whilst my belongings are extremely safe. Safer than other places I looked at.
Really happy with the overall service here, been using them for years. Sarah has been extremely helpful over the past few months, I needed to upgrade to a bigger unit and she made it so easy - thank you Sarah ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
