As family we have used this company for storage for many years. We have found the staff at Ashford exceptionally helpful throughout, and access to our storage has never been an issue. I am confident in recommending Shurgard, and would never consider going elsewhere.
I went into Ashford shurguard to see if they had any boxes to build my nephew a Halloween costume and Poppy was so helpful and friendly! Such a welcoming and bright personality, and amazing customer service!
My padlock was faulty at my lockup, and I could not get in, I reported the issue to the staff and they were very helpful they had a lock cutter which we used to cut the padlock. The staff gave me a temporary padlock to use while I went out to get a new padlock, the customer service is excellent and I recommend using Shurgard Self Storage
Really happy with the service so far. Daniel handled my check-in and provided excellent customer service. He showed me to the unit, explained everything clearly, and answered all of my questions.
