A review for Shurgard Ashford. I have always found their staff to be exceptionally helpful and friendly. They always go above and beyond to assist and I would recommend them to anyone looking for self storage.

My padlock was faulty at my lockup, and I could not get in, I reported the issue to the staff and they were very helpful they had a lock cutter which we used to cut the padlock. The staff gave me a temporary padlock to use while I went out to get a new padlock, the customer service is excellent and I recommend using Shurgard Self Storage

Really happy with the service so far. Daniel handled my check-in and provided excellent customer service. He showed me to the unit, explained everything clearly, and answered all of my questions.

I researched the whole of the area around Canterbury and Ashford and this is by far the cheapest storage in a 30 mile radius for the first 2 months as it's half price. The staff have been there a long time, so you know it is a good company when staff are not only friendly, but are consistent. What's the greatest thing about lok'nstore is you never feel "watched over" I feel I have complete privacy, whilst my belongings are extremely safe. Safer than other places I looked at.

We are very happy with the service. Poppy at reception was very helpful and attentive to find us the correct storage space for our needs and showing us around. We will certainly recommend Shurgard.
