The two young ladies, Sarah and Poppy were very professional, friendly and went above and beyond, letting me know about other products. It is such a wonderful experience every time. They make you feel welcome and satisfied with the service. I also admire their uniform.
Good storage . Company. Stored for six months with no issues. Good rate as well. Competent and willing staff. Will definitely use them again!
I researched the whole of the area around Canterbury and Ashford and this is by far the cheapest storage in a 30 mile radius for the first 2 months as it's half price. The staff have been there a long time, so you know it is a good company when staff are not only friendly, but are consistent. What's the greatest thing about lok'nstore is you never feel "watched over" I feel I have complete privacy, whilst my belongings are extremely safe. Safer than other places I looked at.
Really happy with the overall service here, been using them for years. Sarah has been extremely helpful over the past few months, I needed to upgrade to a bigger unit and she made it so easy - thank you Sarah ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The team at Ashford are amazing. We've had a few units over the last 18 months due to moving home and downsizing. Each time we've been in there is always a warm welcome, service that's professional and made up of a dedicated knowledgeable team. No question is too random nor request too challenging, if they don't know the answer they are happy to find out. It is probably a bit sad to say it but I will miss coming up here.
