Had the most fantastic service from Scott. He was kind and incredibly helpful. Some of the best customer service ive seen in years especially after being in the industry for 7 years - top tier! Give this man a raise!
Fire door access is locked. No other stairwells. One lift not working, the other taken up by wallies who didn't know their code. God forbid there was a fire, I would've died on a floor I couldn't escape from.
