I had an excellent experience thanks to Louis, who truly went above and beyond. I asked to see several different storage units so I could choose the right one, and he showed me every single option without any hesitation. He provided clear, detailed information and helpful guidance for each unit, making the whole process incredibly easy. Louis is a real gem — professional, patient, and genuinely welcoming. I had a fantastic experience working with Louis and Ibs! Their communication was excellent, and their instructions were always clear and easy to follow. They made me feel very welcome right from the start. There was a bit of confusion on my end, but both Louis and Ibs kindly cleared everything up and reassured me throughout the process. Great teamwork and professionalism — really appreciate your support. Excellent work, team!
Switched over from a different unit provider today and was assisted by TIM. He was extremely helpful. Made the transition easy and showed us exactly how everything worked. Would definitely recommend.
Tim was incredible! Everything was explained so clearly, it was great, and the whole process was really quick. I’m very happy with how everything went!
Fire door access is locked. No other stairwells. One lift not working, the other taken up by wallies who didn't know their code. God forbid there was a fire, I would've died on a floor I couldn't escape from.
