I had a fantastic experience working with Louis and Ibs! Their communication was excellent, and their instructions were always clear and easy to follow. They made me feel very welcome right from the start. There was a bit of confusion on my end, but both Louis and Ibs kindly cleared everything up and reassured me throughout the process. Great teamwork and professionalism — really appreciate your support. Excellent work, team!
Ibs is a lovely lady. She is always polite and always helps me when I need assistance. She never complains or shows any negative behaviour or energy. She is an asset to the store. I hope she soon gets to be a store manager soon, her customer services are wonderful!

I never even moved into the unit I reserved, yet Shurgard repeatedly badgered me with emails to “secure” it by putting a key on the door. I eventually did, just to stop the constant follow-ups. Later, I informed them via email (which I still have) that I wanted to cancel and close the account. They removed my keys and confirmed the unit was closed — only for me to now receive messages saying I “vacated without notice” and even worse, debt collection emails. This is an excellent facility with great staff who are very helpful like Louis and the lady, who I didn’t get her name. Highly recommended and much better thank Yellow Box, any day!
