Theo was brilliant from the day I came in too look around at the different size units available to the day I actually moved in. The facilities are clean and look new. The staff are nice and friendly also. I’d recommend the Shurgard unit in Basildon for sure.
Great service, great place ... from our first visit when we didn't have a clue Julie and her colleague (whose name I can't remember - sorry) have been great. Thank you! The facility is great too, feel very safe and secure every time we visit.
Robbie is an absolute star! He was very friendly and answered any questions I might have, alao showed me to my locker. I will be recommended Shurgard to my friends and family!
