Theo was brilliant from the day I came in too look around at the different size units available to the day I actually moved in. The facilities are clean and look new. The staff are nice and friendly also. I’d recommend the Shurgard unit in Basildon for sure.
Great service, great place ... from our first visit when we didn't have a clue Julie and her colleague (whose name I can't remember - sorry) have been great. Thank you! The facility is great too, feel very safe and secure every time we visit.
Robbie was extremely helpful. I've always received good customer service from Shurgard, but I feel like Robbie went over and above. Thank you Robbie for making the issue easier to deal with and for helping me move forward. I would highly reccomend Shurgard.
DO NOT USE!!! After being a good customer for nearly two years. I was completely mislead by staff. I was told I needed to give two weeks notice and any outstanding credit would be refunded. BUT this is not the case they have taken £120. of my money for an empty unit that they can re-let and make more money. BEWARED IF THIS COMPANY HAVE YOUR BANK DETAILS. TAKE NO NOTICE if they reply I spent ages yesterday speaking to staff at the Basildon branch. Basically they said nothing can be done. I got to take the loss of over £120.
