We would totally recommend Shurgard at Basingstoke. Great service from Lara, Ed and Paulette. They are always helpful and knowledgeable. Lara and Ed thoroughly explained the process and showed us around which made deciding on what storage unit size we’d require much easier. Every time we visit they’re always welcoming. The units are well cleaned before you move anything in. 5 stars all the way!
Very well run and organised. Clean, and enough trollies to go around. If you choose to store on the first floor like me then the lift works well and looks well maintained. Lara on reception seems to run the whole show singlehandedly and accomplishes everything with ease. We have been marginally late leaving twice, but always left with a friendly wave!
We had contract with Shurgard for few months and we received great support from a lady called Lara! Lara is super amazing and helpful as we needed clarification of few things... Thanks so much Lara
The staff are incredibly helpful, it’s clean and easy to use and hassle free, pricing is a tad expensive, but it’s the area I guess, we used a small ish storage and it wasn’t as big as we though but all fine for what we needed it for. Thanks to Claire and the rest of the team for their assistance
Lara went above and beyond to help us get what we needed I would give this place 1000% wouldn't wanna go no where else the staff here are always willing to help thank you so much highly recommend
