Not usually one for reviews but I recently visited Shurgard Basingstoke as I’m in need of some storage in the near future. I was met with a pleasant lady called Paulette who was very welcoming and professional. She explained the process very thoroughly and her knowledge is excellent. She really did help put me at ease and make what is a stressful time seem a little smoother with her kind and warming nature. I popped into Shurguard Self Storage today and Chris was absolutely brilliant. He was so helpful, reassuring, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making the whole process really easy and stress-free. Nothing felt like too much trouble and I left feeling confident.
