We would totally recommend Shurgard at Basingstoke. Great service from Lara, Ed and Paulette. They are always helpful and knowledgeable. Lara and Ed thoroughly explained the process and showed us around which made deciding on what storage unit size we’d require much easier. Every time we visit they’re always welcoming. The units are well cleaned before you move anything in. 5 stars all the way!
I used this storage facility in Basingstoke for about a year (originally when it was Lok’nStore, before Shurgard took over) whilst moving house out of the area, and overall I’ve had a really good experience. Very helpful staff, clean, tidy and secure. The only complaint is they close at 4pm on a Saturday which, if you are moving house, is VERY early.
Great location and price, was perfect for our house move and took the stress out of trying to move everything in one day. Staff always super helpful and friendly. Building kept spotlessly clean
Been using the Basingstoke location since March whilst waiting to move to London. Staff have always been helpful & friendly. Was shown a few different size rooms, I wasn’t pressured at all into taking the most expensive option.
