Recently rented a 2 m storage from here and as far as I experienced it's clean and secure. And employees there also helpful and friendly + the lady on the phone from customer service was super nice. I did not even imagine such a good service in Germany!
Yasmine is a wonderful and helpful person!! I arrived just at closing and her and her team were to kind to help me out in a pinch. Highly recommend!!
I rented a 3sq m (which apparently is bigger than it sounds) room from 29th of July to 5th of October. They allowed me to rent one week extra for a small fee even though I made a mistake and sent the cancellation notice to the wrong email address at first😅 The whole system with gates, codes, and the app itself were quite easy to navigate, the process was very smooth.
