I rented a 3sq m (which apparently is bigger than it sounds) room from 29th of July to 5th of October. They allowed me to rent one week extra for a small fee even though I made a mistake and sent the cancellation notice to the wrong email address at first😅 The whole system with gates, codes, and the app itself were quite easy to navigate, the process was very smooth. due for unforeseen circumstances i had to cancel my subscription before i even got the chance to move in and Pierre was the most helpful/understanding! They even issued a full refund, no questions asked. Their customer service is prima (i can only imagine how good the facility is :D)

Staff are friendly (bonus: in English!) and the facilities are well organized. Would happily rent here again.
Perfect experience all around, especially in-person customer service, moved in last minute and kind of panicking but they were able to help me with everything. I needed it to store all my belongings for a couple of months and had 0 problems
