It was an extremely pleasant experience with Shurgard. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and professional from start to finish. Marlen from the Tempelhof team was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout. The only reason I’m leaving is that I no longer need storage space. I would definitely return in the future if I ever need storage again. Highly recommended!
Best customer service ever! Not only are the premisses in the Oberlandstrasse spotless and well-kept, but the service provided by Lucia and Tommy was amazing. They were up-beat and super friendly, answering all our questions, and helping us in any way they could in a fast and efficient manner. Highly recommend Shurgard!

Incredibly flexible. I was relocating back to Berlin and needed to store my personal belongings until my flat was ready. I was nervous about the move as I didn't really know when my Itimes would arrive. Andrej reassured me. He gave me a initial tour and was super friendly.The storage had a pleasant smell and was very clean. I had email contact with the company beforehand and they were really quick and friendly in their response. Thank you so much. Will definitely recommend you as storage unit.
