I recently moved from one Shurgard storage facility to another. It was easy to resolve all the issues that came up. Pierre was very kind and efficient in finding solutions quickly. I really appreciate his help.
It was an extremely pleasant experience with Shurgard. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and professional from start to finish. Marlen from the Tempelhof team was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout. The only reason I’m leaving is that I no longer need storage space. I would definitely return in the future if I ever need storage again. Highly recommended!
Sam & Tim were super helpful, quick tour, chose my locker and booked for a year. I would prefer static pricing though.
Best customer service ever! Not only are the premisses in the Oberlandstrasse spotless and well-kept, but the service provided by Lucia and Tommy was amazing. They were up-beat and super friendly, answering all our questions, and helping us in any way they could in a fast and efficient manner. Highly recommend Shurgard!
I am happy with the service at Shurgard. The storage rooms are clean and safe. I had personal help from Lucia concerning a matter and she was kind enough to get it all sorted out.
