Incredibly flexible. I was relocating back to Berlin and needed to store my personal belongings until my flat was ready. I was nervous about the move as I didn't really know when my Itimes would arrive. Andrej reassured me. He gave me a initial tour and was super friendly.The storage had a pleasant smell and was very clean. I had email contact with the company beforehand and they were really quick and friendly in their response. Thank you so much. Will definitely recommend you as storage unit.

Daniel is helped me in understanding the process. I was having difficulty in communication as i dont speak german and on the reception i met daniel who helped me and showed the locker.
