What a dreadful experience! Pathetic customer service blaming every issue on the customer, and addressing it as "your opinion". I was locked inside the territory after I accidentally missed closing time. You would think that big moving truck and me loading it would be noticed by storage company employes but not the case here. You would think that somebody would check the teritory before locking all the doors and gates just to make sure there is nobody inside and all storage units are safe and sound but not here.
