We had a genuinely great experience with Shurgard Longwell Green from start to finish. The facility was always clean, secure and incredibly easy to access, which made moving and storing our belongings completely stress-free. The layout is straightforward and convenient, and we never had any issues getting in and out when we needed to. Fantastic service from all the staff at Shurgard Longwell Green especially Nikki who was always extremely helpful and informative from my first interaction with her and Paige who we also saw several times and was also really friendly at every visit. The units were all very clean and the access system is user friendly and helps to feel like your storage is secure. Easy to book a unit online even at short notice too. Would definitely use again if needed in future.
First time using a storage unit and Shurgard couldn’t make it easier! The app and the unlock system to be able to enter the building is so easy to use and did give peace of mind that my items were safe. Used for 3 months with first month just £1, no issues with my furniture. All the staff that I met were very friendly and incredibly helpful. We hired a storage unit when we were emptying a house and needed somewhere to store some furniture. The hiring process was easy. We could visit the unit whenever we wished during the day/evening, even when staff were not there. The unit was clean and dry. Access was easy to use. I would definitely use again.
We used Shurgard at Longwell Green this year whilst we were in the process of selling our house. The staff were very helpful at all times both in-person and in responding very quickly to emails. Access to the building was very easy and a good range of opening hours. The storage is clean and bright. And their packing boxes are very reasonably priced if you need any !
