Great storage facility in a convenient location with good access and plenty of parking. A special mention to the amazing Paige who went above and beyond to help me when I had been sent with the wrong keys to our unit. Compassionate, calm and incredibly helpful. Would really recommend this business to anyone looking for storage options in the Bristol area.
Shurgard self storage is the best one I’ve ever used! Very easy to book a lockup on line and straight forward app to use to gain entry etc! Extremely good value for money with no minimum rental, very clean and tidy with the use of flat bed trolleys. Very friendly and helpful staff, a big thank you to Paige who really helped me out on my first day of rental!
Nikki was brilliant and helped with the big decisions of which size unit would be beneficial for my needs. Pricing was all very transparent too, which she talked through as we looked at the available units. Plus great offers! All booked up and thanks again Nikki ☺️
We have been looking for a while for a storage unit and when speaking with Shurgard they answered all enquiries fully and in good time. We stopped in to look around and was meant by Paige who was very welcoming and professional. We didn’t intend of signing up there and then but Paige made us very comfortable and happy to commit. We felt Paige didn’t push us for a decision and genuinely cared for us getting the best product/size storage. Overall a very positive experience and we highly recommend Shurgard. 10/10
All reprentatives helpful and cheerful. Good staff. My only issue is that site at Hemmel is one they have taken over and unable to replace lights in 10 mths I’ve been there. Apparently unable to source replacement tubes.
