We had a genuinely great experience with Shurgard Longwell Green from start to finish. The facility was always clean, secure and incredibly easy to access, which made moving and storing our belongings completely stress-free. The layout is straightforward and convenient, and we never had any issues getting in and out when we needed to. First time using a storage unit and Shurgard couldn’t make it easier! The app and the unlock system to be able to enter the building is so easy to use and did give peace of mind that my items were safe. Used for 3 months with first month just £1, no issues with my furniture. All the staff that I met were very friendly and incredibly helpful. Only issue is when booking, the size of the unit was correct (did go for smallest one) however the image they gave showed a rectangle shape unit which would of fit my furniture a lot eas... read more
We hired a storage unit when we were emptying a house and needed somewhere to store some furniture. The hiring process was easy. We could visit the unit whenever we wished during the day/evening, even when staff were not there. The unit was clean and dry. Access was easy to use. I would definitely use again.
Staff very helpful, especially Nikki who sorted my ID and showed me around. Nikki made sure I was aware of the terms and conditions so there were no surprises. Easy access system, good location, all good highly recommend.
Called in today to check unit was ok for weekend removal.spoke to Nikki who was very polite and understanding at sorting out the app for me.nothing was too much trouble and it gave me great satisfaction on using Shurgard.would highly recommended.Thankyou Nikki.
