I had such a lovely and seamless moving process. Paige was so kind and helpful and was happy to answer all my questions. I’m definitely recommending Shurgard to everyone around me. The security and technology is second to none as well! Even though I wanted a short term storage, I’m now considering storing for months. Thank you Paige!
Used previously when they were Lok n store and I have to say the security and access is very much improved for the better. Paige was very helpful when I popped in to get my ID verified and then helped us set up the app and show how to use on both my phone and my daughters. My husband then decided he did want to use the app as well so we popped back in and Nikki very kindly set this up. Very friendly and helpful staff as always and would not hesitate to recommend the Longwell Green branch!
It was so easy to extend my contract and set evdrything up, Amy was happy to clear any of my concerns and repeat herself for me. She was very lovely and made this easy to understand for me. I would highly reccomend using.
I visited in person to check out the storage options and the team was really helpful and informative. I ended up booking a unit straight away for a start date 2 weeks later. Moved my items in yesterday and the whole process was super easy and straightforward. The staff were polite, friendly, and made everything simple from start to finish. Highly recommend!
From the time I arranged storage with Shurguard Longwell Green, I had a call from Paige to welcome me and check if I had any questions and we made arrangements for me to come in the the following day where Nikki went through everything in detail.
