We hired a storage unit when we were emptying a house and needed somewhere to store some furniture. The hiring process was easy. We could visit the unit whenever we wished during the day/evening, even when staff were not there. The unit was clean and dry. Access was easy to use. I would definitely use again.
We used Shurgard at Longwell Green this year whilst we were in the process of selling our house. The staff were very helpful at all times both in-person and in responding very quickly to emails. Access to the building was very easy and a good range of opening hours. The storage is clean and bright. And their packing boxes are very reasonably priced if you need any !
The staff were extremely helpful and assisted us even before normal office hours, which we really appreciated. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The site itself is very clean, tidy, and well-maintained. We will definitely use Shurgard again in the future and highly recommend them.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I don’t know what happened to these guys but they began bullying and manipulating customers. Threatening them and breaking their very own terms and conditions to do it, knowing people will be vulnerable as their belongings are at risk. Watch out for Nikki, behind the mask is someone willing to do anything to get up the ladder. Staff very helpful, especially Nikki who sorted my ID and showed me around. Nikki made sure I was aware of the terms and conditions so there were no surprises. Easy access system, good location, all good highly recommend.
