We used Shurgard at Longwell Green this year whilst we were in the process of selling our house. The staff were very helpful at all times both in-person and in responding very quickly to emails. Access to the building was very easy and a good range of opening hours. The storage is clean and bright. And their packing boxes are very reasonably priced if you need any !
Staff very helpful, especially Nikki who sorted my ID and showed me around. Nikki made sure I was aware of the terms and conditions so there were no surprises. Easy access system, good location, all good highly recommend.
Amy was excellent. Professional. Explained everything clearly. Really polite and friendly. We were in, set up and out in a really quick time. Everything you could ask for in customer service
Nikki was very helpful and made the process for a first time mover seamless. She explained the process properly and I hardly had any questions. I 1000% would be storing with them whenever I have to again
The staff were extremely helpful and assisted us even before normal office hours, which we really appreciated. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The site itself is very clean, tidy, and well-maintained. We will definitely use Shurgard again in the future and highly recommend them.
