I rented a 75 square foot unit from shurgard at broadstairs and when I arrived to move my items in one of the staff members on arrival was kind, pleasant, welcoming. Any questions I had answered them fully explained how things work. How easy of the access is for me. How to set up an app so I can monitor my payments. Any queries and how they can help and then also let me know that I could upgrade or downside and how all I'd have to do. Excellent service. Highly recommend.
Dan was brilliant, very knowledgeable, helpful, and goes the extra mile by calling to make sure we had understood what was going to happen once we gave notice on our locker. The storage areas are well maintained and all the staff are polite and helpful. If we needed storage facilities again we would definitely use Shurgard.
Shurgard (near Westwood Cross, Broadstairs, Kent). Daniel (administrator/manager) was very pleasant, efficient, articulate and highly professional. He carefully explained all the details required to rent a storage unit; he also took time to answer all the questions I raised. The unit he showed me fitted all the requirements I raised initially and all the paperwork was done efficiently and all points were carefully explained to me. It was a pleasure getting my unit sorted by Daniel. I appreciate his patience!!
Always receive a professional service from Mel and the rest of the team at Broadstairs. They've always managed to help with any issues that have come up including moving units due to new requirements. Highly recommend.
