I’ve had such a positive experience with Shurgard Westwood! The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access, which already makes things stress-free. Used to be a good storage unit option under Lok’n’store. But since the takeover by Shurgard they’ve become money grabbing and storage no longer viable. When I questioned the latest price increase, I was offered a smaller unit. Prior to that I had been told a smaller unit was more expensive than the “great deal” I was on. So have voted with my feet, moved elsewhere.
Came in today to discuss storage and Mel was so helpful with me and my partner. Went through all the details, offers and went completely above and beyond to help us. Made it clear so we understood fully what we could/couldn’t do and really helped us out. Thank you very much!
Dan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, supportive with everything needed... Easy access to store and secure visits easy if need to collect items ... Great value !! Thank you again Dan and all the staff!!
A very friendly great team where they really go the extra mile to understand your needs and to help - excellent clean well lit storage units spacious corridors with easy loading bays and useful parking - couldn’t recommend more highly - a great resource
