Dan and Mel at Shurgard in Broadstairs couldn’t have been more helpful. They were friendly and welcoming as soon as I entered the building. Dan walked me through everything I needed to do and had clearly thought about the kinds of questions customers would ask. Overall a very positive and reassuring experience l, couldn’t recommend them enough.
Used the Broadstairs branch for all my Vinyl whilst I boarded out my loft. Chose 75ft unit, very easy to get set-up, the girls on the desks are very helpful and full of smiles. No hassle coming and going. Always trolleys to help and with 2 bays to load never had to wait. Used for 3 weeks, gave weeks notice and didn't have to worry about cancelling direct debit.
Easy to book and got the 1st months storage for £1! On arrival we we're shown how to sign in and what to do/ where to go by Lucy who was extremely helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended.
Rented a unit to help get rid of unwanted stuff and sort through it all. It was easy to set up contract online and I was in my unit the same day. The staff are friendly and helpful if you need anything. I’ve only been storing for a short time but I only needed a short amount of time for storage. I would use in the future if needed.
From the first day I moved my items into the locker, the staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and eager to help with any questions I had. The building was consistently clean and well-maintained, with plenty of equipment available and ready to use at all times. Overall, it's been a great experience, and I highly recommend their services.
