The best thing about this company are the staff. They are ever present , which is a real bonus when other similar companies run these places remotely and I personally worry about security and customer service if anything goes wrong. The staff here are all mature, approachable and friendly.They make it a hassle free, almost enjoyable experience visiting. The place is clean, tidy, well lit and well run. I recently rented a storage unit here and had a great experience. The facility was clean, well-lit, and I felt secure storing my belongings. We walked in for an inquiry and all of the staff are friendly and polite. We were assisted by Dan. He was very helpful and informative also gave us a lot of options which gave us the confidence to submit a for a 360ft storage. What a bonus to even get the best spot in the ground floor, close to the unloading area! We highly recommend Shurgard. Best value for money!
Popped by for some moving boxes. Happy to say they've got some at good prices ans better value than nearby Argos. Excellent tour of the spaces. All practical and useful advice given on options.
