Love this loc n store, clean ease of use, excellent service providers A+++ this is the second time I have had to use shurguard. Definitely my go to 👍 Dan from Broadstairs couldn’t do enough v professional in manner and experience very detailed, I know where I stand what I have to do and any questions he’s there 😊 cheerful office. Used to be a good storage unit option under Lok’n’store. But since the takeover by Shurgard they’ve become money grabbing and storage no longer viable. When I questioned the latest price increase, I was offered a smaller unit. Prior to that I had been told a smaller unit was more expensive than the “great deal” I was on. So have voted with my feet, moved elsewhere.
I’ve had such a positive experience with Shurgard Westwood! The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access, which already makes things stress-free. But what really stood out was the customer service. Dan went above and beyond to help me—he was incredibly friendly, patient, and made the whole process smooth and straightforward. Came in today to discuss storage and Mel was so helpful with me and my partner. Went through all the details, offers and went completely above and beyond to help us. Made it clear so we understood fully what we could/couldn’t do and really helped us out. Thank you very much!
