An amazing place to use when needing extra storage. The kindest staff ever! Lucy and Dan are always so helpful and kind and nothing is ever too much to ask for they are always willing to help! Would highly recommend to anyone 😊
Easy accessable services and friendly staff. Dan in particular was really helpful in explaining storage options and has been friendly ever since. Staff are always welcoming and approachable. Highly recommend!
I’ve had no problems with Shurguard, the units are quite expensive per month but competitive with the other providers. The first month being £1 was a good offer. All of the front desk colleagues are nice.
Used to be a good storage unit option under Lok’n’store. But since the takeover by Shurgard they’ve become money grabbing and storage no longer viable. When I questioned the latest price increase, I was offered a smaller unit. Prior to that I had been told a smaller unit was more expensive than the “great deal” I was on. So have voted with my feet, moved elsewhere.
Love this loc n store, clean ease of use, excellent service providers A+++ this is the second time I have had to use shurguard. Definitely my go to 👍 Dan from Broadstairs couldn’t do enough v professional in manner and experience very detailed, I know where I stand what I have to do and any questions he’s there 😊 cheerful office. I feel comfortable to come and go. Excellent 🤩
