An amazing place to use when needing extra storage. The kindest staff ever! Lucy and Dan are always so helpful and kind and nothing is ever too much to ask for they are always willing to help! Would highly recommend to anyone 😊
Shurgard (near Westwood Cross, Broadstairs, Kent). Daniel (administrator/manager) was very pleasant, efficient, articulate and highly professional. He carefully explained all the details required to rent a storage unit; he also took time to answer all the questions I raised. The unit he showed me fitted all the requirements I raised initially and all the paperwork was done efficiently and all points were carefully explained to me. It was a pleasure getting my unit sorted by Daniel. I appreciate his patience!!
Used to be a good storage unit option under Lok’n’store. But since the takeover by Shurgard they’ve become money grabbing and storage no longer viable. When I questioned the latest price increase, I was offered a smaller unit. Prior to that I had been told a smaller unit was more expensive than the “great deal” I was on. So have voted with my feet, moved elsewhere.
Love this loc n store, clean ease of use, excellent service providers A+++ this is the second time I have had to use shurguard. Definitely my go to 👍 Dan from Broadstairs couldn’t do enough v professional in manner and experience very detailed, I know where I stand what I have to do and any questions he’s there 😊 cheerful office. I feel comfortable to come and go. Excellent 🤩
Dan was brilliant, very knowledgeable, helpful, and goes the extra mile by calling to make sure we had understood what was going to happen once we gave notice on our locker. The storage areas are well maintained and all the staff are polite and helpful. If we needed storage facilities again we would definitely use Shurgard.
