From the first call I have had a great experience with Alexander and Shurgard. Alexander stayed with me all through the process of gaining access to my storage unit. Everything was well explained and clear. I have put some things already in storage. The facility is clean and a good temperature. I felt safe while there. Access is granted through the app and very simple to use. Overall I would highly recommend Shurgard for all storage needs.
