I agree with privous reviewer "moodysheep", they are really low, I gave notice via email 18 days in advance before moving out, but they never reply me and keep charging me for months until I block my card and dispute the payment, they are not a business company but a burglar company, my unit number is 3029 and I moved out on 30 Oct. And they do not refund me the lock fee €14.9
Excellent service and attention. They showed us how everything works and helped us on the first visit.
Very bad quality of services, they always try their best to overcharge you, and would never reply you mails and messages if it's regarding the overcharged payments, try to avoid this one for your own sake.
