Had a fantastic experience with Shurgard in Kings Cross. The location is incredibly easy to access, just a short walk from the station, which made the whole visit stress-free from start to finish. Had a great experience at Shugard today. Rohan and Alex were both incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional from start to finish. They made everything really smooth and stress-free, taking the time to answer my questions and make sure I had exactly what I needed. It’s not often you come across such genuinely helpful service really appreciated their support. Would definitely recommend this place thanks to them!
I rented a Shurguard storage unit, on a monthly rolling basis, in March and was served by Ryan, who was efficient. The unit was located in Euston, but I dealt with the Camden branch as it had the closest manned office. I cleared the unit on 11/05 due to relocation and received a 'Thank you for your custom' email from Shurguard, titled 'Your contract with Shurguard has ended', on the same day.
