Lack of customer service skills, making up answers as they go along making situations longer than they have to be. Yes you over charged me, yes you didn’t action the documents, yes I want it refunded. Why the back and forth with me as if I cannot add up? Oh that was what you hoped, sorry not this time, and I really have better things to do then explain simple math.
6 months after moving my stuff into this storage unit they have tried to hit me with a 33% price increase on the base rental, meanwhile still advertising a bigger unit on their site for the same price as my original rate. Staff on the phone are unhelpful and have not followed up by email as promised when I queried the price increase saying it was unaffordable. I was having difficulty getting access to my unit when I was using the app. I went into the office and a member of staff, I believe her name was Michelle helped me to reset my account and double checked to make sure it was working properly before i left. Excellent customer service.
Michelle was very helpful during the termination of my contract, I felt supported and the process was very smooth. Jamaal aslo helped me a lot with my storage unit and showed me how to use my locker properly.
