Efficient, tidy and very easy to use. Stored my flat bits here during a move, and the whole process was straightforward from start to finish. The team were polite and the site felt secure throughout. Couldn't have asked for a smoother experience.
Dead cockroaches, dead mice and big flies in the corridors and outside storage units. Obviously they have sprayed poison as pests lie dead around the units so DO NOT take kids or pets in here or they risk being poisoned. There should be warnings about poison being laid out. Be prepared for your stored goods to be full of cockroaches if you take them back home as you risk an infestation. Major public health risk.
Darren and Annette were absolutely outstanding staffs in Shurgard Kentish Town that manage the Chalk Farm store too. Excellent dealing with staff from the Kentish Town team who accommodated a visit to the Chalk Farm at short notice. Special mention and great service from Annette who showed me around and gave me very able guidance on the most suitable unit and the registration process. Would recommend highly.
