I had such a great experience with this storage facility! Annette and Dean were absolutely amazing and so friendly, helpful, and patient from start to finish. They made everything super easy to understand and went out of their way to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Brandon and Dean were super helpful and assisted me through the entire process of setting up my storage unit and get access.
It’s uncomfortable for dropping and picking up stuff…. Only one ramp and no easy reverse cause surrounded by many houses and it’s unfair for locals to make noise and once one costumer is there by the ramp, another van driver has to wait a lot before sorting their load. On a Wednesday the closing time is 7pm. I almost got stuck in the facecloth by 6.20pm when on the screen was showing storage is closed. Small hours of access, no toilets, no system for disabled… very lame and expensive
Had three months in this dumpster. Water is always leaking somewhere which is unacceptable since i paid 112 bloody pounds per month for a tiny 10sqft. Smelly, dark, no access past 7 pm and just small. So difficult to get in due to one of the entrance point being closed. Do yourself a favour and rent somewhere better! I am renting in HOLD storage in Kings cross
This place is a dump, for months now there is no access at the Belmont at entrance (the main one in terms of parking / unloading), access is otherwise very tricky at the front entrance if there’s more than one vehicle at a time 🙄. Also the place is generally unmanned, they’ve locked up / removed toilet/sink facilities, for months there has been a leak / stagnant water rotting away in the storage areas near the main entrance and there’s never any trollies on the one side that has access.
