It’s uncomfortable for dropping and picking up stuff…. Only one ramp and no easy reverse cause surrounded by many houses and it’s unfair for locals to make noise and once one costumer is there by the ramp, another van driver has to wait a lot before sorting their load. On a Wednesday the closing time is 7pm. I almost got stuck in the facecloth by 6.20pm when on the screen was showing storage is closed. Small hours of access, no toilets, no system for disabled… very lame and expensive
Excellent service from Annette, Darren and Brandon. Always been helpful throughout my time with Shurguard and have never failed to help with any request. Couldn’t wish for better from of desk staff!
So far so great. I haven't used the unit but I have rented from Shurgard in the past and know that its very easy once you get in there. Tony helped me over the phone to book some storage space and it was a breeze. Thank you very much!
This place is a dump, for months now there is no access at the Belmont at entrance (the main one in terms of parking / unloading), access is otherwise very tricky at the front entrance if there’s more than one vehicle at a time 🙄. Also the place is generally unmanned, they’ve locked up / removed toilet/sink facilities, for months there has been a leak / stagnant water rotting away in the storage areas near the main entrance and there’s never any trollies on the one side that has access. V happy with this storage facility, it’s clean and well looked after, great that they’ve redone the parking/access area outside. Brandon is always really helpful and friendly. Would recommend 👍🏼
