So far so great. I haven't used the unit but I have rented from Shurgard in the past and know that its very easy once you get in there. Tony helped me over the phone to book some storage space and it was a breeze. Thank you very much!

Really happy with the service. The staff (especially Darren) went out of their way to help with everything I needed. I was especially impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. All in all I couldn't be happier. I will definitely use Shurgard again.
Darren & Ayman, Have been wonderful they have sorted everything out made the process so easy and simple. They explained everything from start to finish explaining what the unit size were to where they have them situated so it would be easier in case I wasn’t aware that there where other branches close by. Very bad service, very bad experience 1.I rented a total of three storage units at shugard chalk farm. Two of the lights were broken and they refused to repair them, claiming that they were lights left by the previous landlord and had nothing to do with them. I would like to ask, then why do you keep these lights, since they are in the room they should work properly.
