This storage location is fantastic. It’s spacious clean and securely safe. The staff are always willing to help which is great. I’ve been storing at the branch since it opened and that speaks volumes.
I would like to leave a review for the customer service assistant Tim at the Chingford branch, who helped me today at Shurgard Self Storage. He was very polite, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the process of arranging my storage unit. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Excellent customer service and a real credit to the company.
On my visit the young man was very pleasant he greeted me explained the full process. He was patient and very attentive when i wasn’t very clear on what was said to me. He did explain again patiently and took me to the unit to view as I wasn’t sure the size I had in mind was the right one. In all great service, lovely employee, great interpersonal skills all my anxiety and fears were alleviated as I was doing this on my own and felt I needed someone with me but I had a great positive experience.
There’s two things you don’t want to feel when you’re doing something for the 1st time, unheard or judged, thankfully I experienced neither when I went to Shurgard, Tim listened to what I needed, didn’t judge & helped me find the best unit for my needs!
Fantastic experience at Shurgard Chingford. The facility is always clean, secure, and very well managed. A special mention to Tim, who went above and beyond to help throughout the whole process. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made everything incredibly easy and stress-free. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Highly recommend Shurgard Chingford to anyone looking for reliable storage with outstanding staff support.
