Shurgard as a whole and this particular facility offer enticing 1st time customer offers however you can count on the fact that every 6-9 months you’ll get a letter informing you of a price increase. Where to start? I am a customer for 3 years, so I have a lot to say. From the very first month it went bad: someone broke in to my unit, it's good I had just a few bits there, so thieves took only a few items... Shurgard employees said sorry, but they even didn't think to reduce for a month or whatever from my fees or any other compensation!
