I recently used a storage facility in Chiswick and overall had a good experience, especially with the customer service. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful, and the storage unit itself was clean and well-maintained. The only issue I had was with the key system. The best storage facility anyone could ever imagine. Their services depict their name Shurgard. Good environment, and most especially, professional staff. I had to take note of one of the staff by name Mani, he remains one of the best customer service provider I've ever come across. I would confidently recommend Shurgard to anyone any day any time.
Great temporary solution for me on my relocation. Val and Shams were really helpful. The site was safe and easy to navigate even outside of staff working hours. Great value for a couple of weeks rental with good access being by Chiswick roundabout.
