I need a small space to store a few household bits and pieces and I walked into Shurgard for a quote. Mani was so polite and helpful. He showed me the box which was the correct size for what I needed. Gave me a great quote which I accepted as it was better than other companies I had approached. The whole process was quick and easy. I now have the app on my phone and can access my stuff when I need to. Great service!
Great service from Mani and the team at Chiswick Shurgard. Mani was extremely helpful finding me a new storage space very close to my existing one. On my return visits Mani always responds to my questions/queries clearly and with a smile.
I recently used a storage facility in Chiswick and overall had a good experience, especially with the customer service. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful, and the storage unit itself was clean and well-maintained. The only issue I had was with the key system. They gave me a special type of key that I didn’t even know how to use, and it wasn’t the kind of key you can easily keep or reuse.
