Mani was exceptional. He advised and supported me during my storage removal. I had a difficult day, and he was so helpful in speeding up the logistics to ensure everything went smoothly and speedy. Seriously, on customer service was beyond 5 stars. On professionalism, it was way beyond 5 stars. Can’t recommend this guy enough and Shurgard!
I need a small space to store a few household bits and pieces and I walked into Shurgard for a quote. Mani was so polite and helpful. He showed me the box which was the correct size for what I needed. Gave me a great quote which I accepted as it was better than other companies I had approached. The whole process was quick and easy. I now have the app on my phone and can access my stuff when I need to. Great service!
I have had the best storage experience here at Chiswick. It’s a new self storage very clean and all the facilities are clean. Their staff are very friendly and very nice I dealt with both Mani and Shams I had the best customer service experience from both of them. Thank you very much guys
