I need a small space to store a few household bits and pieces and I walked into Shurgard for a quote. Mani was so polite and helpful. He showed me the box which was the correct size for what I needed. Gave me a great quote which I accepted as it was better than other companies I had approached. The whole process was quick and easy. I now have the app on my phone and can access my stuff when I need to. Great service!
The best storage facility anyone could ever imagine. Their services depict their name Shurgard. Good environment, and most especially, professional staff. I had to take note of one of the staff by name Mani, he remains one of the best customer service provider I've ever come across. I would confidently recommend Shurgard to anyone any day any time.
Shurgard was fantastic, and it really made our storage experience smooth. With so much luggage to bring back to London, we decided to use storage. Mani totally got what we needed and offered us the best deal. Also, he explained the overall process and showed us the storage and how to get in in detail. I loved his empathy and customer service skills; I was so glad because I had looked into a few other storage places beforehand, and they were way pricier in London.
