Avoid at all costs, they're thieves! We requested cancellation on September 21st and received a confirmation email on September 22nd stating that we had to vacate the storage unit before October 14th to avoid being charged on October 15th. On October 15th, we received confirmation of the contract cancellation. On October 18th, we received an email suggesting that the storage unit hadn't been vacated. I went to Shurgard in Choisy-le-Roi to change a unit reservation starting tomorrow (6m² instead of 4m²). I received a terrible welcome from the salesperson, who told me she was having lunch and that I had to come back in 15 minutes... and 15 minutes later, no one was there to open the door, so I left. A great experience where you can store everything in very good conditions. The new team is professional, smiling and available, surrounded by Claude who supervises with perfection. The prices are affordable. I can cancel the contract with complete peace of mind. The welcome is just very good and the team present and extremely kind.
