Avoid at all costs, they're thieves! We requested cancellation on September 21st and received a confirmation email on September 22nd stating that we had to vacate the storage unit before October 14th to avoid being charged on October 15th. On October 15th, we received confirmation of the contract cancellation. On October 18th, we received an email suggesting that the storage unit hadn't been vacated.
