The prices are affordable. I can cancel the contract with complete peace of mind. The welcome is just very good and the team present and extremely kind. I was welcomed by Morgane and Claude; they were very professional and attentive to everything. I would like to thank this team, which I find reliable. I was quoted very attractive prices; the contracts are non-binding; you just have to give 15 days' notice. The site is clean and well-secured. Claude is beautiful, and Morgane is very friendly. Thank you so much for this precious moment amidst the stress of moving. I recommend them 100%.
I had a superb storage experience!! The security is perfect, the units are well-equipped, and they are well-ventilated and airy. Claude welcomed me very warmly and has excellent interpersonal skills. He put me at ease and explained the terms of the contract perfectly. His smile and southern accent made me forget the stress of moving. I thank Shurgard for being a serious and professional company.
Be careful to read the clauses, I release my box on the 10th, I warn 15 days in advance but they charge me for the full month. By account it is written somewhere very carefully so as not to get scammed. Plus I come across someone who calls me super rude and not at all professional. It is certain that I will not return to their place, I advise against it.
