Great experience with Shurgard! Needed to get extra storage room last minute and Anne-Marie provided excellent customer service—super quick, helpful, and professional. The entire process, from signing the contract to accessing the unit, was smooth and straightforward.

I chose Shurgard to store extra furniture after a move to Denmark. Patrick was incredibly helpful, showed me several units and helped me pick one that would fit my belongings. The entire process took about 20 minutes, and the service level was excellent. They are 10 min from the Metro or a bus stop. I highly recommend.
Perfect „onboarding“, very helpful and friendly and open for a little laugh. Premise is clean, looks very well maintained and safe. Recommended. The only downside (at all of these facilities) are the rather high insurance prices.
Anne-Marie was the reason I am giving Shurgard a top score. She was super helpful explaining everything, lending me a forklift for my goods and just being overall super nice 😁👍
