Brilliant customer service. Visited here recently as we are looking for a place to store whilst moving, was met by Mark who was very welcoming. He showed us around, was very knowledgeable and helpful. The place was exceptionally clean and great price. Will definitely be using this company.
I began renting a small unit here last week and the customer service from Keely and Charlie has been excellent from the start; they have always been available to help and nothing is too much trouble for them; they are very customer focused. Charlie was very helpful throughout out the process of us moving our stand into storage. She helped make the process efficient and painless which was greatly appreciated.
I came in with my dad to query about a unit, I wasn’t sure of which size we might need however speaking to Keely was very settling as she knew exactly what sizes to recommend and was extremely helpful. Her customer service was amazing, I felt very welcome and quickly at ease.
I visited the store today to enquire about storage as I'm downsizing my home soon and need to store some items for a short while. I was greeted with a friendly face and instantly felt welcome. Keely was very helpful explaining all the unit sizes and advising what would be best for me with the items I have to store. It was a pleasure to deal with her such lovely customer service.
