I had the privilege to deal with Keely she is the store manager at the branch and I could not fault her! She is amazing! We need more of her in this world. Nice staff. Have been communicating with Keely recently who was prompt with her replies and extremely helpful. I have used the City Airport Shurgard for over 15 years and very happy with their service.
Don't be ridiculous by asking for more details. The letter you sent is attached. I am not your customer — I was your customer a year ago, and after an entire year you charged me £532 without any authorization, and for more than two weeks you still cannot explain why. Received fantastic service by Ryan who patiently went through all we needed to know regarding renting a storage facility. He provided both myself and my husband with such good customer service which resulted in us renting a 130sq ft storage which we are very happy with. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
