I’ve had a really positive experience with Shurgard. The facility is clean, secure and easy to access, and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. A special mention to Keely, the manager, who has been professional, approachable and genuinely willing to help whenever I’ve needed assistance. Great customer service can make all the difference, and Keely is a real credit to the team. I’d happily recommend this Shurgard location to anyone looking for reliable self-storage.
Ryan was such an awesome troubleshooter, so professional, polite and accommodating. Definitely would recommend. Great prices
The Shurgard city airport has great affordable storage facilities with easy access and a dedicated car park. The manager (Keely) is exceptionally helpful. A minor issue that happened during the check in was handled professionally and resolved immediately. Would highly recommend!
"Excellent service from Shurgard Self Storage, our client needed to store their furniture whilst renovations were taking place at their apartment. The deadline for this changed several times throughout the project and Keely was very helpful in accommodating this without it being an issue. Will we definitely use Shurgard again on other projects where storage is required " Interior Design Geek Ltd.
We were considering renting a storage unit and wanted to pop in to get a better idea of sizes. Keely was extremely helpful and friendly. She showed us two units, explained the app to us and answered any questions we had, all with a smile. We ended up renting a unit and the whole process was so simple. Thanks Keely for your help!
