Received fantastic service by Ryan who patiently went through all we needed to know regarding renting a storage facility. He provided both myself and my husband with such good customer service which resulted in us renting a 130sq ft storage which we are very happy with. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Don't be ridiculous by asking for more details. The letter you sent is attached. I am not your customer — I was your customer a year ago, and after an entire year you charged me £532 without any authorization, and for more than two weeks you still cannot explain why. Excellent customer service from Keely. First helped identify a unit wide enough for my items, but not bigger than necessary. Then due to an IT issue had to manually help me get verified and set up with an access code. Helpful, friendly and efficient.
