Staff are very helpful, good facility. I was meant to move out earlier, normally i would have to have paid the full amount due to short notice but the branch manager Keela at city airport branch pulled out some strings for me and waived the entire fee. I am very great full because i was in a difficult situation and deduction of that fee was a necessity . I am moving to another branch for easier access and cheaper rate.
I’ve been a customer at Shurgard City Airport for five years, and while I recently had an unfortunate break-in incident, I have to commend their response. After the locks were changed, the keys they sent didn’t fit, and I drove four hours with a hired van only to find I couldn’t access my unit. Frustrated, I headed home. I have been a customer at city Airport for 3 months, my whole time being here as been blissful. I had the privilege to deal with Keely she is the store manager at the branch and I could not fault her! She is amazing! We need more of her in this world.
