I have been a customer at city Airport for 3 months, my whole time being here as been blissful. I had the privilege to deal with Keely she is the store manager at the branch and I could not fault her! She is amazing! We need more of her in this world. Don't be ridiculous by asking for more details. The letter you sent is attached. I am not your customer — I was your customer a year ago, and after an entire year you charged me £532 without any authorization, and for more than two weeks you still cannot explain why.
