Brilliant customer service. Visited here recently as we are looking for a place to store whilst moving, was met by Mark who was very welcoming. He showed us around, was very knowledgeable and helpful. The place was exceptionally clean and great price. Will definitely be using this company.
I came in with my dad to query about a unit, I wasn’t sure of which size we might need however speaking to Keely was very settling as she knew exactly what sizes to recommend and was extremely helpful. Her customer service was amazing, I felt very welcome and quickly at ease.
I visited the store today to enquire about storage as I'm downsizing my home soon and need to store some items for a short while. I was greeted with a friendly face and instantly felt welcome. Keely was very helpful explaining all the unit sizes and advising what would be best for me with the items I have to store. It was a pleasure to deal with her such lovely customer service.
Very helpful lady who processed everything for us and was lovely, even though we came earlier that official opening hours.
We booked our rental until at Shurgard city airport and Siobhan was extremely helpful and took us through every step. She helped us with all of our questions and showed us the units available and made our experience very comfortable. Would high recommend this location for your storage needs.
