Sandra, Becca and Mike are fantastic they bend over backwards to help and make sure you have everything you need, happy to show you around and make sure you are getting the correct unit for you, very happy, helpful and made the whole experience very pleasent. Facilities for storage are great plenty of space and a fair price compared to other companies. Plenty of trollies to move your stuff in and out, lots of parking and the site is very secure. Mike has been the most helpful, caring, understanding person from start to finish. I feel like crying at the kindness I’ve been shown. The unit I initially rented was too small but was all I could afford, Mike came in on his white horse with a solution. At the end of the contract I had trouble with transport to empty the unit before the next charge came out, to which Mike came to the rescue once again. A clean, sufficient solution with friendly, helpful staff. 100% would recommend 🤩
