We moved into our 75sq ft unit yesterday. We were greeted by Sandra who was absolutely lovely and really helpful! She made signing the contract fuss free and we were shown to our unit very quickly. Thanks so much Sandra for a smooth and easy process! It was lovely to meet you.
The service received at the Crayford branch was excellent. When we arrived on site the allocated unit was smaller than needed but the on site personnel (Mike) was super helpful found us a bigger unit without any fuss and made the stressful process of moving our belongings into storage as straight forward as possible. I would highly recommend.
Our experience with this self-storage facility has been excellent, thanks to the outstanding staff. They are friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to assist.
