Massive thank you to Kieran and Ryan, who went the extra mile in helping us transfer our account from one unit to another. We’d been told the wrong info on the phone by another colleague, so despite ringing in advance and being told we could sort it on site, when we turned up to transfer our unit we found out that we would need to sort out the paperwork with another branch elsewhere in Croydon. Excellent storage! It's so handy that you can rent the units as you want. I rented a medium-sized unit for 3 years and it was great. The staff are really helpful, the building is clean and pleasant, the access using the app is easy, the security is good, the location is convenient. Once I finally no longer needed the unit, ending the contract was easy and the staff were pleasant. Top marks!
A solid place, clean, spacious and secure; but it's the amazing people who make the all important difference. For me, any business will be down to its people, and the on-site staff consistently display great qualities. Highly recommended.

I rented a 65 sqft unit in Shurgard Fiveways for a year to facilitate a house move. Pros - The on-site team were initially helpful, but were removed shortly after I moved in so this no longer applies. - The unit comfortably accommodated my furniture (from a 49 sqm flat with garage) and it all emerged intact in spite of the Fiveways rodent population - see images/below. - Multiple keys provided with Shurgard lock. - Email response times were quick.
