Lovely! U can just with the app on a phone open any door and gates, u don’t even need to ask for any help. Really cool. My first experience there. Had trouble with my booking and few times it got cancelled even I already payed😂 but overall I am happy!. The only sad thing - u should pay 14£ for locker, because any others won’t fit. And as well it’s a type of locker which u can’t use anywhere else. Didn’t like it
I had a very positive experience with Shurgard Self Storage Croydon Purley Way from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and clearly organised, which made what can often be a stressful move feel very straightforward and manageable. The facility itself is easy to find and access, and getting into the site was simple and hassle-free. My unit was clean, well prepared, and exactly as expected, which gave a great first impression. The overall environment feels secure, well maintained, and professionally run... read more
Gareth the customer advisor in Shurgard Purley Way was very helpful, sorted out all my enquiries and issues professionally and displayed a perfect customer orientated service to me today. i really recommend him as a positive good role model for a customer advisor.
3 months into my stay with Shurguard, Purley Way (a Prison looks better) , they increased my price by nearly 30% - since agreeing to leave Shurguard I was given until September 5th to leave because I had paid for the whole month. August 17th comes round and my account has been closed even though they've taken a whole months payment.I would not recommend Shurguard to anyone. I'd read the small print before signing up with Shurguard. Can say I will not be a returning customer.
after moving out of the house we lived in for over 20 years, we needed somewhere safe, clean and easy to get to, to store what was basically our whole life. we went to a few different self storage places and honestly just felt overwhelmed with all the different prices, unit sizes and add on fees. it all started to feel a bit confusing and impersonal. as one of our last resorts we popped into shurgard purley and met gareth. he was straight to the point and didn’t make us feel like he was being salesy or trying to push anyth... read more
