Very poor customer service, I asked a question on how to cancel my storage unit, and they left it 2 days to reply to my email so I would go over the 15 day notice period - Very sneaky customer service - Be careful.
For a fair price you can rent a storage box at Prime Selfstorage. They offer different sizes in a clean and protected area, also the staff is friendly with no issues to tell about. Due to my movement I had to cancel the box, but can highly recommend this provider!
Mr. Tobias Witt and his staff were absolutely wonderful. They were helpful in explaining the services they provided and gave us great information on moving companies and truck rentals for our move. The facility is the nicest I have ever seen. Mr. Witt struck a positive first impression from the first time I spoke with him on the phone. Tobias is always very friendly and helpful. You can get rooms anywhere but you cannot get this service anywhere else but at Prime storage Darmstadt..Tobias is for 99% the reason why we continue making use of prime storage. Keep up the good work!
Could be cheaper, but it's great to just have a code and go there whenever you like. The rooms are dry and moderately heated so no risk of humidity ruining your belongings.
