We needed a storage unit quickly. Surgard had exactly what we needed, at a price that worked and at a perfect location. From online reservation to picking up our key took 1 hour thanks to the amazing help of Angela!
Good storage facility. Bit pricey but well managed. Elevator route to top floor is a bit wonky, my cart got stuck in 2nd elevator because of wrong position (my bad but could be prevented with better elevator too). Phoned but got central system, not local branche. It went well in the end but could be better. For the rest, polite staff, helpful, clear contract, good access system.
