Pretty good experience, except when you want to cancel. You have an app for everything, but cancelling your contract has to be done in writing (even in 2026?). Furthermore, it's impossible to find the e-mail address for this location, so you have to go, in person, to cancel the contract. This resulted in me not being able to cancel my contract in time before the new period. They mention 'cancel anytime', but you have to do so 30 days before the next period so they will probably charge me for the next month as well.
Elize was very helpful on the call to rent a space. She was patient, explained everything in great detail and was very professional. 5 stars from me. I highly recommend the storage facility.
