Michel and Angela were extremely helpful and took the time to find the perfect solution for me. Their professionalism and friendliness made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommended!

Pretty good experience, except when you want to cancel. You have an app for everything, but cancelling your contract has to be done in writing (even in 2026?). Furthermore, it's impossible to find the e-mail address for this location, so you have to go, in person, to cancel the contract. This resulted in me not being able to cancel my contract in time before the new period. They mention 'cancel anytime', but you have to do so 30 days before the next period so they will probably charge me for the next month as well.
Elize was very helpful on the call to rent a space. She was patient, explained everything in great detail and was very professional. 5 stars from me. I highly recommend the storage facility.
I just spoke with Michel, and I’m truly grateful for his help. I wasn’t sure how to use the service at all, but he was so patient and kind, walking me through everything step by step.
