Iwan and Mitchell were very helpful and explained in great detail everything related to renting the storage unit we needed. We ended up renting directly with them as we had all the info and confidence we needed. Thanks a lot to them for providing us with the assurance and information to make our move easy.
The service was very good; everything was well explained, and the staff were very friendly.
Top customer service and well informative from staff Iwan. Highly satisfied with his service!
Good service from Naoual en iwan. Great team
I have had a brilliant experience with Shurgard. Their customer service team is especially kind and easy to contact. Moving is a very stressful process so I'm glad that they are so helpful. Their facility is clean and accessible (with and elevator). They also have an on-site helpline incase you need any assistance. Overall, a professional and secure service !
