I had a bad experience with Shurgard. I had asked on call and in person about cancellation and things I should know and they said anytime you just cancel and take your stuff away. And they never mentioned there is a month's notice and now suddenly during cancellation they say it is everywhere on their website and in contract. Then why not mention it when asked? Don't be like me, I believed their lies and booked the storage box. JUST KNOW THAT WHAT THEY SAY MIGHT BE DIFFERENT FROM WHAT IS IN THE CONTRACT.
