I do not recommend this storage facility at all. Fraudulent management. First they let you rent a unit that you pay for. After paying, they wanted confirmation from me with an ID card that it was really me. It did not work at all, even though you have the option to choose which country you come from. Later they called me that it was not possible to rent a unit because I do not have permanent residence in the Netherlands. I had an excellent experience at the Kerketuinen branch. Luna was extremely kind, professional, and communicative throughout the process. Her customer service made everything smooth and efficient. I highly recommend this location.
