I felt a bit uncomfortable the other day, although I'm not sure if "racist" is the right word. When I arrived, I found that the entrance gate had changed. Ive had a unit for over a year, recently spoke with Tim and Chase regarding changing unit size. Randomly popped by and Chase, saw me on the road and took the time for a quick chat. Popped in yesterday to do the change over and she made it effortless. I finished during her break and she came back to the desk to finish up the new contract for me. Customer service has been outstanding!
Typically quite a good supplier BUT be warned - they sent me an email today advising a more than 30% increase in the price of our unit month-on-month. NO excuses NO assistance NO questions asked Just - here's 30% more to have what you were already having. The level of corporate greed is totally unacceptable.
