Ive had a unit for over a year, recently spoke with Tim and Chase regarding changing unit size. Randomly poped by and Chase, saw me on the road and took the time for a quick chat. Popped in yesterday to do the change over and she made it effortless. I finished during her break and she came back to the desk to finish up the new contract for me. Customer service has been outstanding!
Catherine really went above and beyond for us today! Couldn’t recommend her services enough. Literally saved me and my sister another 3 hour drive by letting us move units last min. An absolute credit to your branch, thank you again!!!! Promotion is needed
