I felt a bit uncomfortable the other day, although I'm not sure if "racist" is the right word. When I arrived, I found that the entrance gate had changed. I tried using my phone to open the gate, but I couldn't get in. I saw a staff member at the reception desk and pointed toward the entrance to indicate that I needed help getting inside. Ive had a unit for over a year, recently spoke with Tim and Chase regarding changing unit size. Randomly popped by and Chase, saw me on the road and took the time for a quick chat. Popped in yesterday to do the change over and she made it effortless. I finished during her break and she came back to the desk to finish up the new contract for me. Customer service has been outstanding!
