I have had an amazing, flawless experience and Tim (Manager) is wonderful. Super kind, helpful and accommodating. The whole experience has been a welcome relief in the chaos and drama of sorting out family storage. Thank you very much, it's been a joy to work with you.

I had a great experience renting a storage unit here. Tim was super friendly and helpful from the start. He made the whole process quick and smooth, no stress at all. Really appreciated how easy everything was. Would definitely recommend!
Service is pretty mediocre. Putting aside the fact that the gate has been broken for over a month and is only getting worse, what really gets me is the company’s vague language around cancellations. Apparently, you’re supposed to cancel before the invoice date – which, bizarrely, is the date you hit submit on their website, not the date you actually start using the storage, as any reasonable person would expect. I've been to better self storages. This one you can't enter with the code they give you - they've removed all keypads - so you're forced to download and app that also doesn't work half the time. There's no one there to support you and there aren't nearly enough trolleys to cary everyone's stuff. The lifts are dodgy too, but I guess ultimately they do the job. Overall, I've seen better.
