Yeah okay, let me make it very clear to you: you will book for a price and every 4 months you will get an email "updates about your shurgard invoice" that basically raises the price for 10 euros... Good luck with them... 😤 😡
We rented a storage unit, but we never got the 'Your storage unit is ready' email, which contains the code to enter the building. We called them and were instructed that they see our booking and the email will arrive any moment. We waited for days and never got anything. Moving day came and we had a car rented previously for this occasion. Still, no email, no entree code. We called them again the day before moving and they said that apparently they don't see our payment in their system. (For which we have a bank statement.)... read more
I don’t recommend this place to store your things : there is MOUSES ! I asked for a refund of a clean nothing is done from them, they even increased the price after 5 month. You paid aswell 46€ a month for 1sqm with the insurance - not what is on their website. So it’s maybe nice if you have no problem but if something is ruining your clothes they can’t do anything for you.
