Terrible experience with Shurgard. Mice urinated and defecated all over my belongings everything was contaminated. Despite this, Shurgard did absolutely nothing: no cleaning, no compensation, no support. They refused to take responsibility or even follow the terms of their own contract. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable!! I strongly advise AGAINST using their services.
