Terrible experience with Shurgard. Mice urinated and defecated all over my belongings everything was contaminated. Despite this, Shurgard did absolutely nothing: no cleaning, no compensation, no support. They refused to take responsibility or even follow the terms of their own contract. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable!! I strongly advise AGAINST using their services. Excellent service, the staff who attended me and made the contract were very kind and attentive, and they helped me a lot. 100% recommended.
I used to have a box with another company and switched to Shurgard. The staff has been really helpful on selecting the unit for my needs.The unit and the overall building is really clean, easy to access(with the other company I used to always have problems accessing the building with the codes). Staff is really friendly and willing to help at all times.
