I was in need of storage urgently, i visited Shurgard on A16 and Nayana was extremely helpful and thoughtful with the entire process, set everything up nicely for me. In geral would recommend this facility for it's units as well as costumer service.
Their facilities are clean and provide various unit sizes to meet different needs. The staff are friendly, professional, and helpful, this made it a smooth and straightforward experience. I want to especially thank Zoey for her outstanding assistance. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect storage unit. Her exceptional service made the process seamless and stress-free.

Linda was amazingly helpful. I have been looking for a nice storage unit at a good price for my business things and being that I do not speak Dutch it is, of course, very difficult. I sent an inquiry and less than 30 minutes she had explained everything to me wonderfully in English, even though she said her English wasn't very good (it was excellent!). Very happy that I contacted this company and that Linda was so kind and helpful. :)
