Really happy with the staff and service at the Dover(Whitfield) storage facilities. Staff are really friendly whilst being professional and helpful. Building is clean, tidy and a good quantity and variety of trolleys are available. Lifts are modern and access is easy with plenty of parking outside.
The team at Dover have always been incredibly supportive. My sister and I have struggled to pay bills in the last few months and although they have a process to follow with people paying their bills, they have always been very kind, professional and respectful in doing so. Would like to thank both Tim and Gemma for their support and to apologise for the inconvenience of chasing us!
Such a great facility which is very well managed. Riana and all the staff were super knowledgeable , friendly, and helpful. We felt confident our stuff was safe and secure during our house move especially our precious bicycles. We highly recommend Lok'nStore Self Storage, Dover 10/10
They definitely deserve the five stars. I have found the staff at Dover to be welcoming and pleasant on all of my visits there. From the initial contact discussing my requirements, to making sure everything was to my satisfaction on later visits and that there were no problems. The storage facility has always been clean and tidy on every visit, with sufficient trolleys available for moving items.
The whole experience of using Shugard storage facility at Whitfield has been a very positive process. The premises are extremely secure and in an excellent location. All the staff have always been so polite, friendly and happy to answer any questions that we have put to them. It has been a pleasure meeting the team. Excellent service we would thoroughly recommend this company.
