If I could give more than five stars I definitely would. The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. A particular mention to Gemma and Trudi who have been wonderful, nothing has been too much trouble for them. The facility is immaculately clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. A huge thank you .
Loading bays are convenient to take stuff out and they have trolleys to help carry your things to your locker.
Karen helped us set up a unit today, she was very helpful and provided us with information and advice for the best sale price, making use of their promotion. Karen showed us unit sizes in person so we could see what size we needed.

Really happy with the staff and service at the Dover(Whitfield) storage facilities. Staff are really friendly whilst being professional and helpful. Building is clean, tidy and a good quantity and variety of trolleys are available. Lifts are modern and access is easy with plenty of parking outside.
