First, I can’t say that the staff is friendly. The employee from reception, have to find a solution for rent a storage room, but not to focus on non important formal documents. or at least the storage management have to simplify the check in process. best regards!
It was an excellent experience at Shurgard, both the booking online and the help at the location in Heerdt were really good. Mr. Sinatra was very friendly to my girlfriend and me, walking us through the process and in the end showing us the storage, what the rules are, and how to best get there. Overall a 5 star experience!
Mathias is a great employee here. He helped me so much with exactly what I needed and provided excellent customer service.
Very friendly and helpful conversation in English. I happily surprised when they could speak english to me. The prices are affordable and the staff is very nice!
