I've received great customer service from my first phone call about renting storage to my first visit. Maddie and Alicia were very helpful and friendly because I had no idea what to do! They both made my first visit to leave my things really easy and I was reassured and confident I could come and go when I need to. I would highly recommend Shurgard Self Storage Eastbourne.
My first time using a self-storage facility, but Andrea on the front desk was really helpful explaining everything and showing me round. Rooms are secure and easily accessible, at a great price.
Friendly and helpful the staff know how to get maximum value for any storage needs. Maddie and Alex are easily approachable and onpoint about getting a unit for you. Whilst there is paperwork they steer you through as quickly as possible and without needless repetitions. It was all so good went back for another unit (and yes, they advised this is not the most economical way to store)!
Great service, very quick, simple and straightforward which is exactly what you want these days! They were very helpful and lent me a temporary padlock until I got my own one from the previous unit. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for storage in Eastbourne.
Alicia was amazing, it was our first time using storage and she walked us through the whole experience with great care and patience. Highly recommended. Alicia is a star.
